MOUNT VERNON, Ohio. – The (RV) Tigers faced the University of Mount Union Saturday afternoon for the final game of the Ohio road trip. Bouncing back from their loss the evening prior, Campbellsville won the match in four sets utilizing team play and executing three-touch plays.

The first two sets of the match were filled with a lot of energy from each team. They were neck-and-neck throughout both sets and the winner came down to the last few points. Campbellsville took set one 25-23 and set two 25-22. The Tigers had 16 kills in the first set and 18 kills in the second compared to Mount Union's nine kills in the first and 13 in the second. Both teams made around the same number of errors in the opening sets as well. Campbellsville's offense was dominant for both resulting in the wins.

The third set took a turn of action for the teams and Mount Union came out on top. This set was close and the teams traded points through the majority of it but UMU kept the lead. Bastian Korreck had three aces in a row to tie up the score in hopes that the Tigers would take the lead. Campbellsville couldn't match however as Mount Union went on a 7-2 run to finish the set and won 25-20.
