Cross Country has 9 NAIA Scholar-Athletes

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Between both the men's and women's teams, Campbellsville Cross Country has nine student-athletes earn 2023 Daktronics NAIA Cross Country Scholar-Athlete honors, the national office announced.

The 2023 list features 491 student-athletes that achieved at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA) at their institution. In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.

The Tigers honored are Anna Claire Carwile, Christy Shank, Madison Welch, Nina Daman, Alex Steen, Brandon Irvin, Luke Burton, Samuel Bennett, and Trevor Hansen.
