COLUMBIA, KY – Campbellsville had their season opener at the Lindsey Wilson Fall Frenzy this weekend and finished the two-day placing 4th overall with 276 team points.
The first round of points came from the 200-yard freestyle relay.

Taryn Harper,
Ellie Eisses,
Marlien Crewe-Brown finished in 8th overall in 1:49.80. Campbellsville had four more relays place 8th on the weekend. In the 400-yard medley relay,
Hannah Rhodenbaugh, Crewe-Brown, Harper, and Stull finished in 4:28.59. In the 200-yard medley relay, Rhodenbaugh, Crewe-Brown, Harper, and Stull finished in 2:02.96.
For the 800-yard freestyle relay, Crewe-Brown, Eisses, Harper, and Stull finished 8th in 8:56.45. The final 8th place relay on the weekend was the 400-yard freestyle relay with a time of 4:06.42 out of Crewe-Brown, Eisses, Harper, and Stull.
Campbellsville had a number of events hit key points to lead the team to a 4th-place finish. Crewe-Brown led the way with a runner-up finish in the 200-yard breaststroke in a school record time of 2:33.85. She followed up with a 4th-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:12.30 and a 7th-place finish in the 200-yard IM at 2:21.94.
Harper had a number of individual point finishes on her weekend. In the 200-yard freestyle, placing 15th in 2:11.32 and an 8th place finish in the 1650 freestyle at 20:08.17. She finished off the weekend in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 1:01.77, placing 15th overall.
Stull scored points in three individual events. In the 200-yard IM she was 10th overall in 2:25.65, the 200-yard freestyle she touched the wall in 16th overall in 2:11.83, and 12th in the 200-yard breaststroke at 2:27.42.
Chloe Little,
Lucy Ballard, and Eisses were the final individual point scorers on the weekend. Little placed 15th in the 200-yard IM in 2:33.96. She placed top-ten in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:18.00 and another top-ten finish in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:51.05. Ballard placed 12th in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:31.31. Eisses hit 14th overall in the 100-yard backstroke in 1:08.41 and 15th in the 200-yard backstroke with her time of 2:34.84.
Campbellsville will return to the pool on Saturday, October 20th, when they travel to Wilmore, Kentucky, and have a dual meet against Asbury University.
