GREENVILLE, S.C. –
Lina Berrah was named the NCCAA Player of the Year in 2024, with
Alba Vea and
Marta Prieto earning NCCAA First Team All-American honors this season.
Berrah finished out her career for the Tigers on a historic note. She brought in a career-high in goals, assists, and points this season. She had 12 goals, 19 assists, and 43 total points. Berrah had a shot on goal percentage of .460 while having four game winning goals scored. She also led the team in total minutes played this season with 1,377.
Prieto was the leading scorer this season in her first year for Campbellsville. She had 21 goals, ten assists, and 52 total points this season. Vea helped the Tigers on the defensive side with a .123 shot percentage in 2024. Teams were only able to produce 7.7 shots per game this season against the Tiger defense.
Campbellsville finished out the year with an 18-2-1 record. They qualified for the Round of 16 in the NAIA Tournament after defeating University of Northwestern Ohio 2-1 to move onto the final site.
