BOWLING GREEN, KY – Six Lady Tigers earned Mid-South Conference honors with
Jessie Daniels,
Caroline Pitcock,
Kaeleigh Tuck,
Emily Reynolds, and
Katy Chadwell earning First Team honors.
Lindsey Mitchell earned Second Team honors this season.
Daniels was named the Mid-South Conference Freshman of the Year this season. She finished out the regular season with a .369 average and a team leading .694 slugging percentage. She has 58 hits, 43 runs, and 42 RBI's and conference leading 12 homeruns.
Four of the top five are from Campbellsville for home runs. Reynolds,
Keely Bowling, and Pitcock are also in the top five for conference leading homeruns.
Pitcock led the team in batting average hitting .394 this season and led the team in doubles with 15 on the season. Pitcock had seven home runs in the regular season.
Tuck earned First Team All-Conference honors this season. She batted .274 and has 31 hits so far this season.
Reynolds earned First Team honors batting .354 from the plate in 2024 and was second on the team in home runs with nine.
Chadwell was the final member of the Lady Tigers that was named to the First Team this season. Chadwell has an ERA of .270 heading into the conference tournament. She has 104 strikeouts and five shutouts this season.
Mitchell earned her way onto the Second Team this season. In 2024, she batted .358 from the plate and a slugging percentage of .485 while having 48 hits this season.
The Lady Tigers goes into the Mid-South Conference tournament with a record of 27-16 and was 14-10 inside conference play.
Campbellsville will play the winner of Cumberland University and Bethel on Thursday, May 2
nd at 2:30 p.m. ET at South Warren High School in Bowling Green, KY.
