WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — The Tigers hit the links in Indiana Monday and Tuesday for their second invitational of the 2024-25 season for the Rohrman Invitational at Purdue University. Facing off against quality teams like host Indiana Wesleyan, Campbellsville took home third place paced by
Chase Wilson and
Carson Childress. Those two Tigers were right outside of the top five as two of three individuals tied-for-sixth at five-over-par.
- Wilson was second overall headed into the final round (E, +1) before a +5 for the final 18 holes. He finished with the highest number of birdies for Campbellsville during the invitational with 11.
- Childress had a very consistent outing in rounds one and two, finishing top-ten in each (+2, +3) before logging his best round last (+1).
- Corentin Hue came in 13th (+7, E, +8) as the third-best carding Campbellsville golfer. Fellow Tiger Quentin Boczmak was 24th while Javier Anez was 35th.
- Campbellsville came in a stroke fewer than a Mid-South Conference rival: the Cumberland University Phoenix.
