GAINESVILLE, FLA. - CamRon Hamby earned NAIA All-American honors in the triple jump to close out his indoor season.

Hamby was in 10th place heading into his final jump of the preliminary round. He needed to beat a mark of 14.54m to make the finals while he had a mark at 14.53m. Hamby hit his best mark of the day of 14.80m.

That mark remained his best for the rest of the competition and placed him in 8th overall earning and All-American honors. 

The Tigers have a full day tomorrow with Schavon Carr, Dominic Malel, and Lukas Smithson competing in their preliminary events.
