Bowling Green, Ky. – Seven Campbellsville Lady Tiger softball players received Mid-South Conference All-Conference honors after the announcement on Wednesday.
Rylee Warner, Jessie Daniels, Korey Harris, Selynna Metcalfe, Emily Reynolds, Ashby Murt, and Caroline Pitcock were the players to be recognized. Warner, Daniels, Harris, Metcalfe, and Reynolds earned First-Team All-Conference honors, while Murt earned Second-Team All-Conference honors. Pitcock was selected for this season's gold glove honor.
Warner, the Lady Tigers' catcher earning first-team all-conference, has had 98 putouts and a fielding percentage of .973. On the hitting side, she has collected 36 hits, 41 RBIs, 40 runs, and nine homeruns.
Daniels, a Lady Tiger infielder earning first-team all-conference, collected 243 putouts with a fielding percentage of .988. On the hitting side, she has collected 54 hits, 59 RBIs, 43 runs, and 22 homeruns. Daniels broke the school record for most homeruns hit in one season this season.
Harris, a Lady Tiger infielder earning first-team all-conference, collected 59 putouts and 71 assists, with a fielding percentage of .915. On the hitting side, she has collected 57 hits, 19 RBIs, 40 runs, and 22 stolen bases.
Metcalfe, a Lady Tiger outfielder earning first-team all-conference, collected 56 putouts and 20 assists, with a fielding percentage of .962. On the hitting side, she has collected 44 hits, 39 RBIs, 32 runs, and ten homeruns.
Reynolds, a Lady Tiger utility player earning first-team all-conference, has pitched 50.1 innings, garnering 33 strikeouts, 2.92 ERA, and an overall 4-0 record. She has also collected 19 putouts and 11 assists, with a fielding percentage of .882. On the hitting side, Reynolds has earned 48 hits, 27 RBIs, 38 runs, and three homeruns.
Murt, a Lady Tiger infielder earning second-team all-conference, collected 38 putouts and 32 assists, with a fielding percentage of .972. On the hitting side, she has collected 33 hits, 16 RBIs, 17 runs, and one homerun.
The Lady Tigers' third-basemen, Pitcock, earned this season's gold glove honor. She has earned 23 putouts, 61 assists, and a fielding percentage of .977.
The Lady Tigers look to begin Mid-South Conference Tournament play on Thursday, May 1. Campbellsville will take on the winner of game one. The game is set to begin at 2:30 p.m. ET.
