KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Campbellsville University men's volleyball team continues its march through an unprecedented 2026 campaign, holding firm at #4 in the latest NAIA Men's Volleyball Coaches' Top 15 Poll released Wednesday by the national office.
- The Campbellsville University men's volleyball team remained steadfast at #4 in the third NAIA Coaches' Top 15 Poll of the regular season.
- The Tigers carry a flawless 18-0 overall record and a 6-0 conference mark, preserving the best undefeated start in program history.
- Campbellsville sits among elite company as one of only three undefeated teams remaining in the NAIA, alongside #1 The Master's (Calif.) and #3 Park (Mo.).
- The Tigers are overpowering opponents on both sides of the net, boasting a .293 team hitting percentage while averaging 2.01 blocks per set.
- Campbellsville has proven to be an absolute road warrior, compiling a pristine 12-0 combined record in away and neutral-site contests.
The Tigers (18-0), who jumped into the top four in the previous poll, solidified their ranking after an unblemished stretch that included dominant conference sweeps over Midway University and the University of Rio Grande. The top tier of the national landscape remained entirely unchanged this week. Defending national champion The Master's (Calif.) maintained its grip on the #1 spot with all seven first-place votes, followed by Saint Xavier (Ill.) at #2, Park (Mo.) at #3, Campbellsville at #4, and Missouri Valley rounding out the top five.
With the season nearing its crucial final stretches, Campbellsville finds itself in exclusive company as one of just three undefeated programs left in the NAIA, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with The Master's (10-0) and Park (19-0).
The Tigers' sustained excellence is backed by a staggeringly well-rounded statistical profile. The Campbellsville offense is operating with surgical efficiency, hitting .293 as a collective unit while hammering down 12.86 kills per set. Senior setter
Alonzo Vega remains the elite orchestrator of the attack, pacing a team that averages 12.33 assists per set.
Defensively, the Tigers have suffocated opponents, constructing a formidable wall at the net to register 2.01 blocks per set. The backcourt defense has been equally relentless, scooping up 10.64 digs per set to consistently extend rallies and keep rival offenses out of system. Additionally, aggressive service pressure has yielded 1.44 aces per set, proving the Tigers can dictate the pace of play from the service line.
Perhaps most impressively, Campbellsville has cultivated a reputation as ultimate road warriors. Of their 18 victories, 12 have come outside the friendly confines of Gosser Gymnasium, including a perfect 7-0 mark in neutral-site clashes and a 5-0 record in true road matchups.
The #4 Tigers will look to keep their historic streak alive when they return to action on Friday, March 13, traveling to Richmond, Indiana, to face Indiana University East.
