Sarah Woolfolk hired as Assistant Men's & Women's Volleyball Coach

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — Campbellsville University has hired Sarah Woolfolk as the Assistant Coach for both the Men's and Women's Volleyball programs, the Athletic Department announced Friday.

Woolfolk joins the Tigers with years of experience as a collegiate student-athlete and in coaching volleyball. Additionally, she has served as a Cognitive Performance Specialist with a strong foundation in athlete development, sport psychology, and program leadership. She brings with her a tremendous amount of expertise across club, high school, and collegiate volleyball, assisting in training, match preparation, recruiting support, and team culture development.

Woolfolk holds a master's degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior from the University of Tennessee, and another master's degree in Management from Sullivan University. A former collegiate athlete, Woolfolk earned multiple academic and athletic honors while setting school records as a setter at Kentucky Wesleyan University.

Blending technical and tactical instruction with mental performance training, Woolfolk is uniquely equipped to aid in student-athletes improving their confidence, focus, and decision making in critical situations. Beyond her coaching work, Woolfolk has led large-scale performance programs and delivered training in stress management, resilience, and high-performance mindset strategies.
