Biography

This Season at CU: Dwight Houston retuns as a starting outside linebacker for the Tigers. He led the Tigers in the 2011 season opener with 11 tackles and two sacks against Union College. He entered the 2011 season with 195 career tackles and eight career sacks.

2010: Houston was named an honorable mention All-Mid-South Conference East Division selection at the end of his junior season. He was the leading linebacker for assisted tackles (55) and was third overall on the team with 81 tackles. His 11.5 tackles for a loss were the second most for a Tiger in 2010. He collected three sacks.
2009: While wearing No. 28 for the Tigers, Houston collected 72 tackles, including 12 tackles at NCAA Division II powerhouse Carson-Newman College and on the road at Pikeville College. He had 3.5 sacks.

2008: As a freshman, Houston had 42 tackles, two sacks and a fumble recovery.
