CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY- Bret Crawford was named the Mid-South Conference Runner of the week this afternoon for the first time this season, and fourth of his career.
 
The senior placed first last weekend at the MSC Preview Meet in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He finished with a 5 kilometer time of 16:06.93, and was nine seconds ahead of second place.
 
Crawford lead the Tigers to a second place finish in the meet. Shawnee State won the meet with 26 points while Campbellsville finished with 37 points.  The Tigers 1-5 spread was 43 seconds while the Bears was 26 seconds.
 
The Tigers will host their first home meet since 2007 next weekend out at Green River Lake.
