Campbellsville University Athletics

GREENVILLE, S.C. — For the second straight week and third time in her career, Campbellsville University's Morgan Gailor was named the NCCAA National Pitcher of the Week, officials announced on Monday afternoon. 
 
Gailor picked up two wins last week, tossing 14 total innings and allowed only two earned runs. She walked only three batters and struck out 12 in total, including eight to match her career-high vs. Cumberlands on Thursday, April 18. 
 
On the season, Gailor leads the Mid-South Conference with 15 wins and is fourth in ERA at 2.14. in the NCCAA, her ERA is eighth in the country and her wins also lead the NCCAA.
 
Gailor was handed her first MSC loss as a starter today – a 4-3 loss in 10 innings to University of the Cumberlands. She earned a save in game two today for the fifth of her career. 
 
On the season, Gailor is 15-4 overall with a pair of saves in 127.1 innings.
