COLUMBIA, Ky. – Coming off of their first set of back-to-back wins since early September, Campbellsville University women's volleyball received a weekly conference honor since that time as well as Paige Merrick was named the Mid-South Conference Setter of the Week.
 
The Lady Tigers won their matches on Friday and Saturday against Brescia and Pikeville after dropping a tight five-set match against Shawnee State earlier in the week last Tuesday.
 
Merrick was the leader in assists in all three matches with 45 against SSU, 37 against Brescia, and 18 against UPike. In Saturday's win over UPike she recorded her only double-double of the week with 12 digs along with her 18 assists.
 
In some of her secondary categories, she totaled 29 digs in the three matches added 10 services aces, two blocks, and four kills.
 
Campbellsville will get back on the court this Friday and Saturday for two more MSC matches on the road against University of the Cumberlands and Life University.
