Tiger Wrestling Ranked 8th In Latest NAIA Ratings; Hosts Dual Meet This Weekend With Four Ranked Opponents

Campbellsville, KY - The Campbellsville University Wrestling team slid to 8th in the latest NAIA Wrestling Ratings released yesterday.  However, the Tigers will have a chance to move up in the next ratings because five ranked teams comprise the field in Saturday's Holiday Inn Express Duals field that will be in the Powell Athletic Center.
Campbellsville has four wrestlers ranked in the top ten in their respective weight divisions.  James Hicks is ranked 6th in the 125# division, David Clemens is ranked 2nd in the 157# division, Johnny Sinchok is ranked 8th in the 174# division and Glen Jackson is ranked 2nd in the 197# division.
 
Lindenwood is the top ranked team in the fifth rating of the year followed by McKendree, Great Falls, Dickinson State, Oklahoma City, Montana-State Northern and Dana.
The Holiday Inn Express Duals will feature one of the toughest fields in the NAIA this season. Joining 8th ranked Campbellsville will be 5th ranked Oklahoma City, 10th ranked Missouri Valley, 15th ranked King College and 16th ranked Cumbelands.   Each team will wrestle the other in dual matches which begin on two mats in the Powell Athletic Center at 9:00 a.m.
