Box Score CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY. – Campbellsville University Men's and Women's Tennis swept their Mid-South Conference match with Georgetown College on Monday.
The 24th ranked men did not drop a single match on the day. Sebastian Marot, Alejandro Soriano, and Parker Jones all had a 6-0 set win in their singles matches. The win bumped their record to 7-4 overall and 2-2 in the Mid South Conference.
The 22nd ranked women only lost one of the nine matches played. The Lady Tigers jumped to an early lead sweeping doubles play and then finished it off going 5-for-6 in singles play. The win improves their record to 8-3 overall and 4-1 in the Mid-South Conference.
The men will be back in action with a doubleheader on Wednesday, March 26 against Brescia College and Oakland City in Elizabethtown, Ky.
The women will resume play on Friday, March 28 at home against 21st ranked Marian College.
