COLUMBIA, Ky. —The Battle of Highway 55 went to the swimming pool on Friday night and Campbellsville broke many personal records but Lindsey Wilson College knocked off the Lady Tigers 116-74 and the Tigers 138-53.

"We had a good meet on Friday night," said coach Casey Smith. "It's hard to race at the end of the semester like this, especially after such a big meet before Thanksgiving. I am very proud of their performances tonight, because we had maximum effort all over the place."
Shelby Mattingly placed first in the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:04.85. She recorded a season best as she knocked off a full second of her pervious time, 2:05.91.
Bailey Foxworth also won an event, the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:47.01.
The 200 freestyle relay – which included Christophe Telman, Austin Tucker, Devon Cross and Eduardo Doilin -  placed first with a time 1:40.74.
Luke Camp swam his final race as a Tiger, he graduates in the December commencement next week.
"It's hard to say goodbye to a senior mid-season," said Smith. "it was really great to see Luke PR in so many events, even his relay splits were great."
Camp posted a career best in the 100 freestyle and the 200 freestyle. In the 100, he swam 1:05.31, beating the pervious time of 1:06.20. With the 200, he finished in 2:21.59 knocking off nearly nine seconds from his earlier career best of 2:30.44.
Lindsey Buckman set a career best in the 50 freestyle with a time of 30.47, knocking off nearly six seconds off her previous record of 36.13. This dual meet was her first meet back in the water after injuries to both knees early this season.
"It was great to have Lindsey racing and she did very well under the circumstances of only really training for the past week.," said Smith.
Jen Lewis recorded a career best in the 100 breaststroke, breaking her old time of 1:21.10 finishing in 1:18.03.
Doilin swam a career best in the 100 freestyle with a time of 54.76, breaking his previous record of 55.32.
The Tigers and Lady Tigers will return to the pool on Friday, Jan. 15Â in Williamsburg, Ky. with a dual against University of the Cumberlands at 6 p.m. ET.
