Men's tennis defeats IUSE, 8-1

New Albany, Ind. - The Campbellsville University men's tennis team was able to rebound from an earlier defeat at Bellarmine University with a strong 8-1 win at Indiana University Southeast Saturday night.

Campbellsville started off the match strong by picking up wins over the host Grenadiers in all three doubles matches. The duo's Alejandro Soriano and Zach Baulch (9-7), Sebastian Marot and Vladyslav Ladygi (8-4) and Nathan Boniel and Parker Jones (8-4) all won their doubles matches.

The team would only surrender one point in singles action. Marot, Ladygin, Boniel, Johan Fuzellier and Zach Baulch all won their singles matches.

The Tigers, who are receiving votes in the NAIA Top 25, will resume competition March 6-8 at the Auburn-Montgomery Invite in Montgomery, Ala.
