Men’s Wrestling begins dual slate at Indiana Tech’s Warrior Duals on Saturday

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville is set to begin its dual season on Saturday at Indiana Institute of Technology's Warrior Duals on Saturday in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The Tigers take on host and No. 3 Indiana Tech, NCAA Division II Davenport University, along with Marian University and Hannibal-LaGrange – who are both receiving votes in the NAIA poll.

Entering the Warrior Duals, Campbellsville is coming off a third-place finish at the Ohio Northern University Invitational. At the invitational, Kolten Radaz, Jaedin Sklapsky, Justin Brown and Chuck Sharon all won their respective weight classes, where Sharon's two pins earned him Mid-South Conference Wrestler of the Week honors.

In the latest NAIA poll, the Tigers slipped to No. 11 overall, but Sharon continues to hold the No. 1 spot in the 184-pound weight class. Sklapsky ranks second at 149 pounds, while Brown is second in the 174-pound division.

Indiana Tech finished third at the Indiana Little State Invitational and lost its first dual of the season to University of the Cumberlands, 31-13. Sawyer Miller and Erique Early are ranked second at 125 and 133 pounds, respectively, to lead Indiana Tech.

Davenport also opens its dual slate at the Warrior Duals after competing at five open tournaments to start the season. Last time out, the Panthers competed as the Lake Erie College Storm Open.

Hannibal-LaGrange comes into the weekend after holding a dual record of 1-3.
