KINGSPORT, Tenn. – Tiger swimming collected two more NAIA "B" standard times and broke their previous tie for fifth, finishing Day 2 of the Mid-South Conference Championships with 100 points.

Casey Smith. "It's great to see them compete like they did today, we are working through the disappointing moments together as a family and rejoicing as one also."
Freshman
Isaac Lewis punched his ticket for the NAIA Championships in the 400-yard IM with a season-best time of 4:25.94 in ninth place and four points.
Tanguy Claisse also earned a "B" cut in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 56.30 seconds was in ninth place for three points.
The Tigers earned 40 points in relays today with two fifth-place finishes.

Chris Telman teamed up to swim the 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:32.34 for 20 points. Claisse joined Jones, Lewis and Telman for the 400-yard medley relay to earn 20 more points with a season-best time of 3:45.55.

Alex Meade finished 10
th in a season-best time of 1:00.76 for three points and
Austin Tucker finished in 11
th in a time of 1:04.54 for two points. In the 200-yard freestyle Telman finished in 10
th for three points with a season-best time of 1:49.63 and in the 100-yard breaststroke Jones finished in 11
th for two points with a time of 1:02.60.
Campbellsville finished Day 2 of the MSC Championships in fifth place with 100 points, breaking the tie with Bethel from Day 1. The final day of competition begins Saturday at 10 a.m. with preliminaries.
