Tigers seep Centre College on Saturday, 9-0

Box Score DANVILLE, Ky. — Tiger tennis dominated NCAA DIII opponent Centre College on Saturday afternoon with a 9-0 victory.
 
Campbellsville won all nine matches with only one singles match close.
 
Brendan Aguilar and Victor Alhbeck started the scoring with an 8-0 sweep over Trey Akmon and Matthew Ko. They were followed with an 8-3 win by Alejandro Reyes and Chrys Castro and an 8-1 win by Zach Baulch and Mario Belloni.
 
In singles, Aguilar swept the No. 1 match, 6-0, 6-0. He was followed with a 6-0, 6-3 victory by Alhbeck to seal the match.
 
Alejandro Reyes defeated Adam Slone, 6-1, 6-1, before Max Middleton made the No. 4 singles match interested. Castro ended up winning the first set, 7-6 before taking down Middleton, 6-3 in set two.

Mario Belloni won at No. 5 singles, 6-1, 6-2 and Adrian Sabrojo won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 6 singles.  
 
The Tigers will hit the courts once again next week, Wednesday, March 8 for their first home match vs. Asbury University at 2 p.m. ET.
