COLUMBIA, Ky. – The Campbellsville men's swimming team posted a fourth-place finish at the Lindsey Wilson College Fall Frenzy on Friday and Saturday in the Holloway Natatorium.
The Tigers scored a total of of 494 points and Mars Hills University won the event with a team score of 914.
Campbellsville started the day with a sixth-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle.

RJ Harris,
Tucker Hardin and
Josh Provost posted a time of 1:35.45. Hardin then started the individual events with an eighth-place finish in the 500-yard freestyle after completing the race in 5:35.05.
In the 200-yard individual medley,
Seth Jones finished inside the top 10 and was the eight with a time of 2:11.43. During the 50-yard freestyle sprint, Provost was the only Tiger in the field to finish inside the top 10 after breaking 24 seconds to finish in ninth.
The first top-five finish for Campbellsville came in the 400-yard medley relay, where Monday, Jones, Provost and Harris were fourth overall after compiling a time 3:52.60. The quartet also finished fifth in the 200-yard medley and swam a 1:45.65.
Monday had the first individual top-five finish for Campbellsville with a 4:57.02 in the 400-yard individual medley – which was fifth-best in the field. Provost followed with his own top five and was fifth in the 100-yard butterfly.
Harris just missed a top-five mark in the 200-yard freestyle and was sixth, followed by Hardin in ninth overall with times of 1:57.56 and 1:59.59, respectively.
Jones' top five came in the 100-yard breaststroke with a 1:05.44 and
Brandon Bagwell swam a 1:07.27 in the event to place ninth. Monday continued his strong meet with a fourth-place finish in the 100-yard backstroke, where Provost and Claisse finished inside the top seven, while
Eli Barnhill was 10th overall.
Claisse and Jones rounded out the individual top-five finishes for the Tigers at the event. Claisse finished fifth in the 200-yard backstroke, while Jones was fifth in the 200-yard breaststroke.
Campbellsville capped off the meet with a seventh-place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay and the Tiger B team was ninth in the event.
Among Mid-South Conference teams, Campbellsville finished second, where Lindsey Wilson – who finished second overall – was the top conference finisher. Bethel University finished fifth and Life University was sixth.
The Tigers next meet is set for Oct. 14 in Marietta, Georgia against Life in a dual meet.
