Tiger and Lady Tiger swimming fall to Union and Lindsey Wilson in double dual over weekend

COLUMBIA, Ky. — Tiger and Lady Tiger swimming competed in its first double dual of the season as CU took on Union College and Lindsey Wilson over the weekend. 
 
Campbellsville's men lost both its duals, 176-48 to No. 6 Lindsey Wilson and 184-45 to Union.  The women lost to the fourth-ranked Blue Raiders, 197-41, and to Union, 119-71. 
 
The Lady Tigers had a pair of second-place finishes overall, as Faith Hyde, Lexie Upton, Lindsey Buckman and Mikayla Runner were runner-up in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 2:13.48. Also, Buckman finished runner-up in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:56.13.

On the men's side, RJ Harris, Justin Spadling, Isaiah Harris and Tucker Hardin finished third in the 400-yard freestyle relay – just three seconds off the lead with a time of 3:35.44. 
 
Individually, Isaiah Harris finished third with a time of 2:32.71 in the 200-yard butterfly.

Both swim programs have two weeks to rest and prepare for the Sewanee: University of the South Invitational that is scheduled in two weeks on Friday-Saturday, Nov. 16-17.
