Men's volleyball dominates Brewton-Parker; wins in straight sets to even record at 8-8

Box Score MOUNT VERNON, Ga. — Campbellsville men's volleyball hit a season-high .387 in a straight set victory over Brewton-Parker on the road Thursday night.
 
The Tigers won 25-12, 25-6, 25-16 to even their record at 8-8 overall. It is also the first three-match win streak in program history after coach Billy Gregory started the program last season.
 
Campbellsville finished with 29 kills and only five errors tonight, while Tyler Vermillion led the way with eight and Shmuel Edney-Williams finished with six.
 
Out of the 10 Tigers that saw action tonight, nine of them all recorded at least one kill. The only Tiger to not record a kill was libero Noel Camello, who led CU with six digs and had two aces.
 
CU took advantage of its strong aggressive serving attack finishing with nine service aces.
 
The Tigers remain on the road this week, as they travel further south into the Sunshine State. CU faces Warner University on Friday, March 2 at 7 p.m. ET and Webber International on Saturday at 11 a.m. ET.
