The Tigers have a solid lineup to feature on Tuesday night with six wrestlers ranked in their respective polls that are wrestling for the varsity matches. CU is throwing out No. 2 – Dayton Marvel (141 lbs.), No. 3 – Marvin Galette (133 lbs.), No. 5 – Ashton Mutuwa (285 lbs.), No. 7 – Michael Diemer (149 lbs.), No. 9 – Jordan Martinez (125 lbs.) and No. 10 – Zach Linton (197 lbs.).

Campbellsville enters with a 3-0 dual record after sweeping the Embry-Riddle Duals last weekend. The Tigers knocked off No. 14 Embry-Riddle, 33-9, Arizona Christian, 32-6, and Vanguard University, 43-3.

Since 2004, the Tigers and Phoenix are meeting for the 17th time in history. CU has a 14-2 record over Cumberland and the Tigers have won 11-straight.

Against WVU Tech, Campbellsville has allowed only nine points for the Golden Bears in the three previous meetings and outscored them 157-9 in three duals.

Cumberland, which is receiving votes in the NAIA Top 20 poll, has had a steady dose of solid wrestlers at the higher weights and that is true again in 2019-20. Dylan Quinn ranks No. 17 at 165, Nathan Walton is fifth at 174, and John Olivieri is 10th at 184.

The Phoenix have only competed in one dual thus far and defeated King University, 27-19.

The Golden Bears do not have any ranked wrestlers. WVU Tech has a 0-2 record in duals this season.
