KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Thursday morning, the NAIA Championships continued for CU behind morning final qualifications from the 400-medley relay team and
Sebastian Escobar.
After the team

Tucker Hardin,
Collin McGuire, and Escobar started off the meet on Thursday scoring points for CU in the 800 free relay, McGuire ad Escobar joined Noah Ackerman and
Justin Spalding for another finals qualification in the 400-medley relay, swimming a 3:38.41.
In the afternoon session, the quartet even bettered their time, swimming a 3:36.93 for a 15
th place finish, breaking their own school record.
Competing individually in the 500 free,
Sebastian Escobar was able to work his way into the finals of the 500 freestyle, where he was able to take a 4:36.73 for 10
th place overall.
The Tigers return to the pool today with the 200-medley relay, and McGuire and Escobar in the 400 IM and 200 free.
