CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – In the season of adjustments, a late one was made for the Campbellsville University women's soccer team as they will hit the road to face University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Ky. this Saturday at 2 p.m. ET.
The game was originally scheduled to be play in Campbellsville at Finley Stadium on Sunday afternoon but with the accumulation of ice and snow on the playing surface at the stadium, the decision was made to move the game to Williamsburg where their field is playable this weekend.
The protocols for game at Cumberlands in regard to spectators is that only UC students, faculty, and staff with a valid Cumberlands ID can attend the games while wearing a mask. The games will be streamed on the UC Sports Network online at

LADY TIGER NOTES
- Campbellsville was only able to play three games in the fall as they were all at the NCCAA Tournament in November where they went 2-1 with a pair of wins by the score of 2-1.
- In that tournament, Molly Hall scored three of their four goals the Lady Tigers netted but Hall is not back for the spring semester as she graduated with her undergraduate degree in December and decided to not return for the spring.
- CU also lost defender Hailey Chappell, along with midfielders Anna Horpudottir and Mina Jumper from the fall to the spring but picked up the return of midfielder Sangmin Cha who missed the fall semester as well as adding newcomers forward Emma Loughman and goalkeeper Irene Piazzi.
- Katelyn Young is still projected to start in net for the Lady Tigers as she allowed seven goals and made 10 saves in the NCCAA tournament.
SCOUTING CUMBERLANDS
- The Patriots are 5-0 going into the matchup on Saturday as they earned an MSC opening win this past Sunday over Life University by a final of 3-0.
- Defensively, they've only allowed one goal in five games combined between two games played in November and three now in February as Laura Vogt has been the netminder for all five games.
- Offensively, the team is averaging five goals per game with Shara Randez scoring six of the team's 15 goals through their five games.
LOOKING AHEAD
- Campbellsville will hope to host Life University next Tuesday at Finley Stadium but with the status of the field still in question, an update will be made about that game as late as Monday.
