NEW ALBANY, IN – Campbellsville opened up the 2021 portion of their schedule with a 6-1 victory over Indiana University Southeast Tuesday afternoon.
 
The Tigers got the day started in doubles with Raul Safont and Jericho Grollman with sweep at 6-0. Campbellsville was able to secure the victory in doubles with Grayson Cullen and Yuto Shimotsuii who were able to defeat their opponents 6-1.
 
Safont was able to bring in the first victory for the singles winning in (6-1, 6-1). Matus Sevcik was able to secure the second victory in singles with a (6-3, 6-1) win. 
 
Grollman brought in another win during his singles match of the day. He was able to win his match at (6-1, 6-2).
 
Mario Sanchez and Nicholas Weisner were the final pair to bring in singles victories to end the overall match. Sanchez was able to win (6-2, 6-2) while Weisner was able to win his match (6-3, 6-3).
 
Campbellsville will return to action Thursday February 25 to host their first match of the spring against Olivet Nazarene. That match is scheduled to start at 1 p.m.
