CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - After weeks of failed attempts to get their 2021 season underway, the Campbellsville University baseball team will finally get game action when they host Cumberland University for a three-game series this Thursday and Friday at HIG Field.
The Tigers and Phoenix agreed to move the series to Thursday and Friday due to the forecasted rain scheduled to hit Campbellsville at some point later in the day on Friday and not stop until the following Monday. Thursday will be a doubleheader between the Mid-South Conference teams starting at 1:30 p.m. ET with Friday's game time still to be determined based on the weather.Â
The games will be streamed live on the CU Sports Network online at www.campbellsvilletigers.com/watch as
Zach Clements will be on the call for CU baseball's opening games of 2021.Â
