Patriots prove to be too much for the Tigers in route to winning the match 7-0

CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY- The Tigers were unable to overcome the Patriots this afternoon at the Kelly Hall Tennis Complex falling 7-0.
 
Campbellsville was defeated in double to start the day with Mario Sanchez and Grayson Cullen putting up the best match during that double's bout. They were able to score three games against Cumberlands six that won the match between the two.
 
The Patriots were able to sweep the Tigers in singles play. Raul Safont was on court one and was the first to finish his afternoon. He fell in the match (4-6, 2-6), Matus Sevcik matched Safont's score during his match as well. Nicholas Verdu finished out the day for the Tigers with his score falling (4-6, 1-6).
 
Campbellsville will be back in action Friday March 12 to face Thomas More University. That match will be held at the Kelly Hall Tennis Complex and will begin at 1 p.m.
