Tigers sharpened up one final time to close out the regular season at Lindsey Wilson Saturday afternoon

COLUMBIA, KY – The Tigers were able to collect multiple wins and points in dual meet against Lindsey Wilson College to close out the regular season Saturday afternoon.
 
Four different relays were able to score points on the day for the Tigers. Starting out the day was the 200 medley relay. Llewellyn Crewe-Brown, Sebastian Escobar, Nick Grabauskas, and Ian Lopez earned runner-up in the event with a time of 1:39.01. The trio of Crewe-Brown, Escobar, and Lopez were on all four scoring relays.
 
In the 400 free relay, Thomas Webb joined Crewe-Brown, Escobar, and Lopez to earn top prize in the event with a time of 3:19.01. Narrowly missing the win in the 200 free relay; Crewe-Brown, Escobar, Grabauskas, and Lopez placed second with their time of 1:28.93.
 
The final relay for the Tigers to score points was the 400 medley relay. Crewe-Brown, Escobar, Lopez, and Israel Kolomiyets placed first in the event with a time of 3:44.03. Campbellsville had a second squad in the event. Logan Reichley, Thomas Webb, John Carter Chappell, and Grabauskas placed third in the event and touching the wall in 3:51.74.
 
For the individual events, Carter Chappell and Kolomiyets began their day with a 1-2 finish in the 400 IM. Carter Chappell won the event with a time of 4:40.45 while Kolomiyets was the runner-up at 4:44.54. The 200 backstroke saw another back-to-back finish for Campbellsville. Crewe-Brown placed second in the event at 2:09.31 while Reichley was third with his time of 2:13.81.
 
Grabauskas placed third overall in his individual event of the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:04.15. Escobar's busy day continued in the 200 free winning the event with a time of 1:46.82. In the 1650 freestyle Nick Burnison placed third overall in the event with his time of 18:09.70.
 
The 200 breaststroke saw another 1-2 finish on the day for the Tigers. Kolomiyets earned his lone individual win with his time of 2:20.54 while Grabauskas was the runner-up at 2:21.80. 
 
Finishing out the final few events of the day, Webb placed third in the 100 freestyle with his time of 51.56. For the 200 IM Carter Chappell was the runner-up in the event at 2:03.82 while Escobar came in closely behind with a time of 2:06.55. 
 
The final scoring individual event on the day was the 200 butterfly. Will Luciano was the runner-up in the event at 2:21.12.
