KANSAS CITY, MO – In the first regular season poll the Tigers move up one spot and are currently sitting ranked #13 in the nation.
Campbellsville has started the year off with a 1-1 record after hosting the NCAA/NAIA Crossover on campus January 14
th and 15
th. The Tigers took Limestone University to five sets in their season opener and fell 3-2.
They came back the next day were able to get their first win of the season with a sweep over Mount Vernon Nazarene University 3-0.
Georgetown College is the only other team from the Mid-South Conference mentioned in the latest top 15 poll. They crack the top 10 being ranked #10 in the country.
The team will have a long break before they return to action again. The next scheduled matchup for the Tigers will come on Friday and Saturday February 4
th and 5
th. On the 4
th, Campbellsville will square off against Rio Grande and on the 5
th against Bluefield College.
