CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. –
Jim Hardy, Campbellsville University Athletic Director, has announced that Kris Kirchhoff has joined the women's soccer team staff as assistant coach.

Alex Adams said. "Not only is Kris a great Christian leader, but his passion for developing student-athletes, both on and off the field, was obvious from the second we met. Kris will help challenge our players and coaching staff to be the best versions of themselves, and will be a huge asset in the program's success going forward."

Kirchhoff grew up in Frankfort, Illinois with his brother Kyle and sister Allie. He played three seasons at Trinity Christian College from 2016-18. There, Kirchhoff was a three-year starter, captain his senior year, a CCAC Scholar-Athlete (2017, 2018), a member of the Athletic Leadership Program for Students, winner of the Keith Albers Award, and a Trinity youth soccer program coach and leader. Kirchhoff earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Exercise Studies from Trinity in 2018 and his Master's in Organizational Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University in 2020.
In addition to his playing career, Kirchhoff has an extensive coaching history. He was the graduate assistant for men's soccer at Olivet Nazarene and the first assistant men's soccer coach and assistant women's soccer coach at Trinity Christian. Kirchhoff also holds a USSF National 'D' Coaching License.
