PULASKI, Tenn. – The (RV) Tigers returned to the courts as they took on the University of Tennessee Southern Firehawks. Campbellsville would pick up a 4-3 victory over UT Southern.

Campbellsville opened up doubles play with their #1 team of Hernan Toledo and Satoshi Yamada picking up a 6-4 victory in their match. The Firehawks would strike back and take the rest of the double's matchups with 7-6 wins against #2 Jan Stolin and Matus Sevcik and #3 Alex Lago and Nicolas Andrade. 

The Tigers would come out strong in singles action as #1 Stolin won his match with two 6-3 sets. #2 Yamada would keep it going with a match win with scores of 6-4 and 6-1. #3 Hernan Toledo would pick up another match victory with scores of 6-4 and 6-2. #4 Andrade lost his first set 5-7, but was able to bounce back and win the match with set scores of 6-4 and 6-3. The Firehawks would take down Campbellsville's #5 Lago 3-6 and 2-6 and #6 Sebastian Toledo 3-6 and 6-7. 

Campbellsville will be back in action on Saturday, March 19th as they will travel to Lebanon, Tennessee to take on fellow Mid-South school #16 Cumberland University. The match is set to begin at 1 p.m. ET.
