COLUMBUS, GA –
Sebastian Escobar competed one final time in a Campbellsville swim cap over the weekend in the 100-yard and 200-yard freestyle.
Escobar qualified for the B-finals in the 200-yard freestyle with a preliminary time of 1:40.01 while swimming 1:40.32 in the finals, placing 10th. In the 100-yard prelims, Escobar qualified for the B-finals in 45.25 and swam a 45.86 in the finals, placing 14th.
Both of Escobar's times of 1:40.01 in the 200-yard and 45.25 in the 100-yard are both school records.
Escobar finishes his career with five NAIA All-Americans, two Mid-South Conference individual championships, and holds 24 different school records.
