Tigers fall one spot to 6th in NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Rating

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Campbellsville University men's wrestling dropped one spot, falling out of the top five, to sixth in the most recent NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Rating.

The Tigers had six top-placers at the Grand View Open, led by Nik Yancey and Wyatt Hinton, both placing fourth in their respective brackets. The other four top-placers included: Ashton Boswell, Luke Schlosser, TJ Meyer, and Peter Kolomiyets.
Campbellsville will return to action on Saturday, November 22nd, to compete at the Lucha Open in Atlanta, Georgia.

Campbellsville leads the Mid-South Conference. Cumberland joins the Tigers in the top ten, ranked tenth, followed by Cumberlands at 12th and Lindsey Wilson at 24th. Rio Grande, Georgetown, and Midway are all receiving votes.

The Tigers have 12 wrestlers ranked in their own respective weight classes: Izaeah Beavers (third at 133 lbs.), Antwuan Burns (third at 157 lbs.), Nic Yancey (fourth at 149 lbs.), Jasitin Kubwimana (fifth at 165 lbs.), Brice Parks (sixth at 184 lbs.), Shad Slone (tenth at 174 lbs.), Nick Moore ( 14th at 141 lbs.), Wyatt Hinton (17th at 133 lbs.), Cameron Meier (18th at 125 lbs.), Anthony Joseph (21st at 157 lbs.), Bryant Beane (22nd at 141 lbs.), and Jake Hurst (22nd at 165 lbs.).
