Campbellsville University Athletics

For the second time this season and the sixth in her career, Campbellsville's Amanda Howard was named the Mid-South Conference Defensive Player of the Week.
 
Conference officials announced the award after Howard helped No. 14 Campbellsville to a 1-1 mark last week.
 
Howard finished with eight saves on the week and allowed just one goal.
 
In 79 minutes of action against Oakland City University, she recorded two saves as the Lady Tigers won 9-0. Against Taylor University on Saturday, Howard made six saves and allowed a goal in the 80thminute, as CU lost 1-0.
 
The new NAIA rankings for the Coaches' Top 25 Poll will be announced later on Monday evening. Campbellsville returns to the pitch on Tuesday night, as it hosts Bethel University at 6 p.m. ET. Live video and stats will be available.
