PORTSMOUTH, Ohio – Campbellsville University women's tennis closed its Mid-South Conference regular season Saturday morning with a 7-2 win at Shawnee State University.

The Lady Tigers won every match played, defaulting at No. 6 single and No. 3 doubles.

CU didn't give up a single game to the Bears at No. 2 through No. 5 singles 6-0 and 6-0. Both the No. 1 and No. 2 doubles matches went 8-0 in favor of Campbellsville.

Campbellsville finishes the MSC regular season as the third seed in the Mid-South Conference Tournament and will host either the University of the Cumberlands or UVA-Wise in the opening round either Monday or Tuesday. Game time and date are still to be determined.
