Lady Tigers able to ease through Olivet Nazarene with a 6-1 Thursday afternoon

CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY- The Lady Tigers won their home opening against Olivet Nazarene this afternoon 6-1.
 
Brenda Aguilar and Blaeke Mitchell were the first group to bring in a victory for the team with their win at 6-1. Madison Hill and Rebeca Scurt were able to end doubles with a 6-3 victory before singles play.
 
Mitchell was able to bring in the first win for singles play with her (6-1, 6-0) win. Emily Carbo did not concede a game the whole match as she defeated Abigail Wakeley (6-0, 6-0). Hill joined Carbo with a clean sweep at (6-0, 6-0). 
 
Addison Sutton was able to make light work out of Coco Reggiero in her match as she won (6-1, 6-2). Aguilar was the final Lady Tiger in singles play to finish when her match went to three sets with her pulling the victory in (6-3, 4-6, 6-3).
 
Lady Tigers are scheduled to travel to Lexington, Kentucky Saturday February 27 to face off against Indiana University Southeast for a neutral court matchup. 
 
They will return to home on March 10 for their first conference matchup against University of the Cumberlands.
