CEDARVILLE, OHIO – Lady Tigers are off to a hot start at the NCCAA Indoor National Championship with the 4x200m relay winning the national title to end the evening.

Jamila Garba,
LaAuhnni Lewis, and
Madison Johns won the 4x200m relay in the first heat with their time of 1:45.06 which is a new school record. The previous school record was set back in 2013-14 by Kelsey Feltner, Christiana Harris, Lauren Little, and Natalie Zetrenne.

Hailie LaMar,
T'Lea Scott, and
Emma Steff broke the school record by 49 seconds. The previous school record set back in the 2012-13 season had Natasha Janes, Lauren Little, Sarah Johnson, and Emily Wesley with their time of 13:46.10. The new school record set Friday evening now stands at 12:57.10.
In the 60m dash, Campbellsville was able to get three of their athletes into Saturdays final. Boyd, Garba, and Lewis all made it to finals.
Day two of competition at the NCCAA National Championship resumes Saturday at 10:15 AM.
