Cailyn Godsey and
Christy Shank finished out the 2024-25 track season for Campbellsville.
Shank hit the track first in the 800m preliminary round. She found herself in the fastest heat placing 5th overall in the heat at 2:12.12, breaking her previous school record by 1.43 seconds. She finished 12th place overall while the top nine advanced to the 800m finals.
Godsey was two spots off an NAIA All-American finish in the 5,000m race walk. Godsey position from 8th to 10th place for the majority of her race. She crossed the line in 28:26.19, only .95 seconds off tying the school record set by Julianna Bradley in 2018.Â
- Shank concludes her career for Campbellsville with eight school records, seven NCCAA All-American honors, five Mid-South Conference titles, two NCCAA individual titles, and one NAIA All-American honor.
