MOBILE, ALA. – The NCCAA has named Macarena Acuna the NCCAA Coach of the Year after winning the 2022 Championship Friday afternoon.
 
Lady Tigers had no trouble getting through the round robin matchups early on against Asbury and Oakland City University. Campbellsville defeated both squads 4-0.
 
Campbellsville met Oakland City in the championship matchup where they once again defeated the Mighty Oaks, 4-0.
 
Acuna finishes out her second year as the head coach of the Lady Tigers. This year her team rose as high as 17^th in the NAIA rankings and were able to finish out the season with a record of 19-6 overall.
