WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. – The Tiger and Lady Tiger Archery Teams competed in the USA Archery Collegiate Target Regionals and Mid-South Conference Outdoor Championships at the University of the Cumberlands over the weekend.
The first few days of the competition were grueling due to freezing temperatures, rain, mud, and chilling wind. Despite the harsh shooting conditions, Campbellsville Archery prevailed, leaving with multiple medals and high rankings.
The Lady Tigers Women's Barebow, led by Allyson Miracle, Madaline Teipen, and Brooklyn Steele, received Silver for both USA Archery Collegiate Target Regionals and Mid-South Conference Outdoor Championships.
The Women's Olympic Recurve, led by Whitley Eastridge, Mckenzie McGee, and Ashley Thomas, received Bronze for the Mid-South Conference Outdoor Championship and placed fourth in the USA Archery Collegiate Target Regionals.
The Men's Barebow Team placed fourth in MSC and USA, this was led by William Bennet, Collin Harris, and Ashton Moss.
The Men's Fixed Pins Team, led by Tanner Edmonds, Trenton Napier, and Chandler Wagner, also placed fourth.
Madeleine Teipen and William Bennet finished fourth overall in their divisions in both the USA Archery Collegiate Target Regionals and the Mid-South Conference Outdoor Championships.
