CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Tuesday morning, Mid-South Conference officials announced six Tigers as members of All-MSC teams.
 
As fifteen players were selected to the first team and thirteen players were selected to the second team, the Tigers led all teams.
 
No. 2 Campbellsville was able to have Rafael CruzRamon MatosJohn Montalvo, and Joudiel Poveymirow named as first-team selections.
 
Cruz, the all-time leading attacker for Campbellsville led the Tigers in kills this season with 209 on the year, ranking seventh in the Mid-South Conference. While hitting .329 with 2.8 kills per set, the senior was also able to become the first Tiger to surpass the 1,000-kill mark previously this season. This marks Cruz's third first team All-MSC selection.
 
Matos earned his nomination after leading the Mid-South Conference in both blocks and blocks per set with 82 total blocks on the year. Matos ranked in the NAIA's top 10 in both categories. Along with his defensive metrics, Matos also used a hitting percentage of .386 to rank second in the conference with 142 kills. Matos was also named two-time MSC defender of the week and NAIA Defender of the Week on February 5.
 
Montalvo was a first-team selection after winning the conferences' Libero of the Year and Player of the Year honor. Leading the Tigers with 210 digs, Montalvo ranked second in the MSC and 10th in the NAIA. Montalvo also totaled 19 service aces and 48 assists to rank in the MSC's top 20 as well. This marks Montalvo's second first team All-MSC selection after receiving the honor prior to transferring to Campbellsville.
 
Poveymirow was also selected to the first-team for the second time in his career. With 22 service aces, the junior was able to rank sixth in the conference. While also adding 127 digs, ranking 11th. Along with these numbers, Poveymirow added 70 kills.
 
Along with their first team selections, the Tigers were also able to name Jason Camacho and Ryan Smith to the second team.
 
After a first team selection a year ago, Camacho hit .244 with 176 kills to rank 14th in the Mid-South Conference. The sophomore was also able to rank 14th in the MSC in assists with 68 and 13th in service aces with 18.
 
Smith, the freshman setter, split time with Jeremy Hernandez in the role, but was still able to finish with 343 assists to rank seventh in the MSC. Along with his passing numbers, Smith also had the ability to serve as a strong part of the Tiger defense, ranking third in the MSC with 49 blocks.
 
The Mid-South Conference also looked to name the academic all0conference team, in which Campbellsville led all institutions with six selections.
 
The Tigers selected were Jason CamachoNoah HenkelNils KleinschmidtJohn MontalvoMax Stotridge, and Tyler Vermilion.
 
In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved at least sophomore academic status.
 
The Tigers were able to finish their season undefeated in the Mid-South Conference boasting a 23-2 overall record and 9-0 in MSC play prior to the early conclusion to the volleyball season.
