BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – In their season-opening matches in the spring of 2021, Campbellsville University women's tennis sophomore
Madison Hill played her way to the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week honor.
The Lady Tigers competed in four duals matches over the last week as they took down Indiana University Southeast, Olivet Nazarene, Arizona Christian, and Indiana University East as a team. Hill played in four singles matches and three doubles matches over those four duals as she won every match except for her singles match against Arizona Christian that went unfinished.

Rebeca Scurt, Hill and Scurt played at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles over three duals with wins coming by scores of 6-2, 6-3, and 6-3. Varying from No. 3, 4, and five singles, Hill had a couple of close sets but didn't drop any on her way to wins of 7-5, 7-6 against IU Southeast, 6-0, 6-0 against Olivet Nazarene, and 7-5, 6-4 against IU East.
CU women's tennis' next match will be on the road this upcoming Saturday when they travel to Wilmore, Ky. for a 2 p.m. ET dual against Asbury University.
