BEREA, Ky. – Campbellsville University men's Cross Country had another impressive finish Saturday, this time at the Berea College Invitational. The Tigers placed second overall, with Adam Sandidge, a freshman from Hodgenville, Ky., leading the Tigers. Sandidge finished fifth with a collegiate PR of 27:30.
Joey Hartlage finished sixth, less than a second behind Sanddige, with a season-best of 27:30, and
Dylan Ford rounded out the top ten overall with a ninth place finish and season PR of 27:40.
Wade Harris finished in 21st with a PR of 29:31, and
Alex Robinson finished in 31st with a PR of 30:20.
Ross Allen shaved nearly 30 seconds off his personal record and finished in 33rd with a PR of 30:29.
William Pearson finished in 53rd place with a time of 31:39,
Brandon Wiseheart was 58th with a PR of 32:44, and
Luke Camp had a 63rd place finish with a PR of 33:55.
Berea College took home first place at the meet, led by individual winner Emmanuell Kemmei and runner-up Tarrance O'Connor.
The Tigers will be back in action on Saturday, Oct. 4 for the Greater Louisville Classic.
