VANCOUVER, WA. – The Tigers closed out their season Friday morning at the NAIA National Championship placing 28
th overall in the meet.
Sam Kiser finished off his cross country career for the Tigers leading the team one last time with his 68
thindividual finish with a time of 26:24.5.
Shawn Little was the second man in for the Tigers coming in over a minute later than Kiser placing 200
th with a time of 27:35.5.
Finishing off his cross country career for Campbellsville was
Collin Sheffield. Sheffield came in with a clutch third man finish for the team placing 218
th with his time of 27:44.7. Rookie
Dakota Brady completed his first season under a Tiger belt at the championship placing 230
th with his time of 27:53.5.
Jarrett Crawford had his final cross country race for the Tigers on Friday. Crawford placed 261
st with his time of 28:17.4.
Lukas Smithson was close behind Crawford in the results placing 286
th with a time of 28:32.7.
Ian McAninch was the final Tiger in for the team. McAninch placed 314
th in the race running a split time of 30:05.2
Tigers placed 28
th overall in the meet out of 36 teams. Fellow Mid-South Conference foe Shawnee State placed 19
th overall in the results. There were no NAIA All-Americans out of the Mid-South Conference in this year's championships.
The Tigers will now look ahead to indoor track with the first meet coming on December 3
rd at Sewanee, TN.
