BOWLING GREEN, KY – For the fifth year in a row the Tigers were able to finish in the runner-up position at the Mid-South Conference Championships.
With a course being filled with mud and bodies of water scattered throughout it made for careful footing placement when racing.
Freshman
Shawn Little led the team once again with his runner-up finish individually. He was able to finish the course in 27:11.9 which was also good enough to earn him the title of Freshman of the Year for being the first freshman that finished the race as well as earning first team all-conference honors.
Little joins fellow teammate Hailie LaMar earning the Freshman of the Year honor. This is the first time in program history that Campbellsville has swept the award.
Little was on the heels of Shawnee State's Hunter Hoover until Hoover made his move with three miles to go in the race.
Sam Kiser will be joining Little at the national championship as he used his experience to finish in sixth place overall. The senior ran the muddy course in 27:57.5 and earned first team all-conference honors.
Collin Sheffield stepped up big time for the Tigers coming in at the third man spot with a second team all-conference finish in 16
th place. The sophomore ran the course in a time of 28:55.1.

Jacob Hamilton rounded out the Tigers scoring in the top five. Crawford finished one spot an all-conference performance with his 21
