KANSAS CITY, MO – Campbellsville jumps to high end receiving votes in the latest NAIA Top 25 Coaches Poll.
Tigers find themselves sitting at 27
th in the country this week. The team is coming off a 3-0 win Tuesday evening over Freed-Hardeman University.
Angeline Kieh has been a difference maker for the Campbellsville offense this season with 17 goals and four assists.
Agatha Nimene leads the team in assists with six, while
Jenna Croteau and
Olja Ivanovic each share four assists.
Campbellsville has a (+21) goal difference so far on the season with scoring 40 goals and only conceding 19.
The Mid-South Conference continues to be the benchmark conference in the country. University of the Cumberlands jumped one spot in the poll to 3
rd, Tennessee Southern held their spot at 7
th, Cumberland University stayed at 14
th, and Lindsey Wilson remained at 18
th in the country.
With two matches to go in the regular season, Campbellsville will finish off their homestand on Friday October 21
st against Bethel University. They will conclude regular season play on Thursday October 27
th when they travel down the road to face Lindsey Wilson College.
