This Season at CU: Mary Jehlik is entering her senior year and her 3rd at Campbellsville.
2012-13: Jehlik played in 30 games her junior season and started in two. She averaged 14.5 minutes per game. Jehlik scored 5.8 PPG and averaged 3.4 RPG. She also shot 78% from the charity stripe.
2011-12: After transferring from Murray State, she was a major asset for the Lady Tigers. Jehlik played in 33 games and started 31. She averaged 19.5 minutes per game. She scored 6.9 PPG, had 4.2 RPG, and shot 71% from the charity stripe.
2010-2011: Jehlik spent her freshman season as part of the Murray State Lady Racers basketball team, before transferring to CU in 2011. At Murray, Jehlik played in 30 games, starting 15. She averaged four points and nearly three rebounds while logging about 15 minutes a game.
High School: As a member of the varsity roster at Montgomery County, the Lady Indians advanced to the Kentucky State High School Athletic Association Elite Eight in her final four seasons, earning 40th District and 10th Regional championships along the way. She earned All-10th Region honors her last two seasons and was named the 10th Region MVP by LaGrange Insurance in 2007-08. Jehlik averaged over 45 percent shooting her last four seasons of high school. As a junior she compiled a 51 percent field-goal shooting mark, while adding 24 assists, 33 steals, 51 blocks and 103 rebounds. She was named to the prestigious Kentucky/Indiana All-Star Team and a McDonald's All-American nominee as a senior.
Personal: Majoring in biology with a minor in chemistry. She is the daughter of Michael and Connoe Jehlik. During her spare time, Mary likes to ride horses back home.
